Account Deletion Request

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Smana Hotels account and all associated personal data.

⚠️

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your bookings history, saved preferences, and loyalty points will be removed. If you have any upcoming reservations, please ensure they are cancelled or completed before requesting deletion.

Option 1 — In-App

Delete via the App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly from within the Smana Hotels app.

Open the Smana Hotels App

Launch the app on your device and make sure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.

Go to Profile

Tap the Profile or Account icon, usually found in the bottom navigation bar or the top-right corner of the home screen.

Open Settings

Inside your profile, tap Settings or the gear icon to access account preferences.

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap Delete Account. You may be asked to confirm your password.

Confirm Deletion

Read the confirmation message carefully, then tap Confirm Delete to permanently remove your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Request by Email

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion manually, send us an email from the address linked to your account. We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation once complete.

Your Data & What Happens to It

We take your privacy seriously. Here is what happens to your data when you request account deletion.

Deleted Immediately

Personal profile information, saved payment methods, preferences, loyalty points, and login credentials.

Deleted within 30 Days

Booking history, communications, and any remaining app activity logs associated with your account.

Retained for Legal Purposes

Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial and tax regulations.
